EXTERIOR
We paint exteriors of all shapes and sizes! We typically use a spray gun which speeds up the process immensely. We spray and back brush (or roll) to achieve best results. Spraying allows for the paint to penetrate into places it normally wouldn't reach with just a brush or roller. We can spray just about anything: doors, garage doors, plastic, propane tanks, decks, fences, you name it!

The Exterior Process:
-
First, one or both of us come to your site and take pictures. You don't need to be present but sometimes it is helpful depending on the project. All questions and notes can be conveyed through email or text if you're unable to be present (and actually this makes it easier to refer back to if there are a lot of notes).
-
If you accept our bid, we ask for a 50% deposit in the spring of the year you are scheduled. The schedule is created on a first-pay-first-serve basis. We will do our best to fit you into our current schedule if you get a bid during a paint season (April/May through September/October depending on the weather - paint doesn't like to freeze and neither do we). We do offer a rush option which includes an additional 20% of the job.
-
Ross will keep in touch through email or text about scheduling and deposits.
-
One of us will come to pressure wash the building, being careful to remove dirt/mold/debris/etc. without damaging the siding. Make sure all your windows are closed before we pressure wash!
-
Next it's paint time! Be sure to have your colors chosen and clearly indicate which color goes where (i.e. body color, trim color, fascia color, deck, etc.)
-
We spray and back brush the body of the building. You will see (if you're around - which you don't need to be) that the trim gets body color sprayed on it. That's what it's supposed to look like at this stage. (See photo below)
-
We paint the trim and do any and all touch-ups. We paint the decks, railings, and/or other items included in the scope of the project. Adding onto an existing scope will result in an "add-on" charge of time and materials for that task.
-
We do a final walk-around and touch up anything we may have missed.
-
You pay us the final deposit when you're satisfied with the job. Not to exceed 14 days after completion of the project.
Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any other questions!
